Either cook into a porridge (winter) or eat as overnight oats (summer)
Ingredients
- 3/4c Oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp real sea salt
Instructions
- Soak over night in a jar or pot
- Cook in the morning on a low to medium heat until porridge consistency or how desired. You can add more water if you want them a bit more runny just depends on how you prefer your porridge consistency
- Top with a mixture of nuts and seeds, options; Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts bee pollen
- Drizzled with honey makes it extra tasty and satisfies the sweet tooth within
